We specialize in the AFFINAGE (ripening) of Saint-Nectaire and PDO cheeses from Auvergne, France.
However, in our 120 years of existence, we have expanded our expertise beyond cheese ripening. Today, we are also PRODUCERS: we produce Grands Murols, walnut-flavored Buronoix (awarded at the 2023 Concours Général Agricole), as well as a wide range of fresh dairy products (yogurt, sour cream, cottage cheese, etc.) made with passion in our dairy in Creuse.
In response to our customers' demands, we have also become DISTRIBUTORS. Selecting, innovating, sourcing, and discovering exclusive farm products and bringing them to their peak taste for our customers is also our passion.
