Here is the smiling Alexia! An engineer by training, she currently holds the position of director at our two sites: the aging unit in Buron and the manufacturing unit in Voueize.
Here is the smiling Alexia! An engineer by training, she currently holds the position of director at our two sites: the aging unit in Buron and the manufacturing unit in Voueize.
As the liaison between our company and our valued producers, Alexia ensures rigorous monitoring of quality, bacteriological, and organoleptic aspects, while providing daily technical advice. From production to cheese packaging, she also oversees the management of aging, ensuring proper humidity, salting levels, pH monitoring, release analyses, care frequency, and much more.
