Here's the bubbly Jennifer! She is in charge of the shop attached to our Saint-Nectaire cheese aging caves and also handles sales for professional cheesemongers & wholesalers. 👐

Jennifer runs her little shop with heart and passion, and every morning she selects with our master cheesemakers in the cellar the precious multi-award-winning Saint-Nectaire cheeses that you will find in the shop, as well as many other AOP farm cheeses & specialties (Buronoix, Grand Murols, Bleu d'Auvergne Fermier, Fourme d'Ambert Fermière, etc.) and a selection of local products (jam, honey, chorizo, beer, biscuits, herbal tea, etc.).

Feel free to ask her questions about aging, our producers, how to enjoy cheeses properly, wine pairings, preservation, etc. She knows it all!
